ppvp Terms and Conditions

1 General Introduction & Eligibility

It is your responsibility to read and understand these terms and conditions fully before using the ppvp website and all related services. By accessing these terms or creating an account on ppvp, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with all of these terms.

1.1 Age Restriction

The ppvp platform is for users aged 21 and above only. You must confirm that participating in online gaming and betting is legally permitted in your area. Registration by minors is strictly prohibited, and any such account will be closed at any time.

1.2 Changes to Terms

ppvp reserves the right to change, add to, or cancel these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any changes means you have automatically accepted the new terms.

2 Account Registration & Management

2.1 Creating an Account

To create an account on ppvp, you must provide accurate and complete information. Providing false information may result in the account being suspended or closed and all deposited funds being forfeited.

2.2 One Person, One Account

Each person may create only one account. Creating multiple accounts (by the same person, family, or from the same device) is strictly prohibited. If multiple accounts are detected, all of them will be closed.

2.3 Account Security

Keeping your account password and login details secure is entirely your responsibility. You may not allow anyone else to use your account. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify the ppvp support team immediately.

2.4 Account Verification

ppvp may request relevant documents for identity verification at any time. If verification is not completed, withdrawals may be held or the account may be restricted.

3 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Policy

3.1 Deposit Rules

The minimum deposit amount on ppvp is ৳300 (per method). Accepted payment methods are:

• Rocket
• Upay
• Bank transfer (Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and other national banks)

You must use a payment account registered in your own name only. Deposits through third parties are not accepted.

3.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. To withdraw, your account must be fully verified and all wagering requirements must be met.

3.3 Currency

All transactions on the ppvp platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).

3.4 Fraudulent Transactions

In the case of fraudulent, fake, or suspicious payments, ppvp reserves the right to hold all funds and close the account. Relevant authorities will be notified if necessary.

4 Welcome Bonus & Promotion Policy

4.1 Welcome Bonus

ppvp offers new members a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives you a ৳1,200 bonus, making your total balance ৳2,200.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

To withdraw a bonus, you must meet a 10x wagering requirement on the bonus amount (on the bonus only, not the combined deposit and bonus). Example: ৳1,200 bonus × 10 = ৳12,000 in bets must be placed before you can withdraw winnings from the bonus.

4.3 Bonus Usage Terms

• Each bonus offer must be used within a specified time period.
• If bonus abuse is suspected, ppvp reserves the right to cancel the bonus.
• ppvp may change or cancel any promotion at any time.
• Each person may use each bonus offer only once.
• If a withdrawal is attempted using bonus funds without meeting the minimum wagering requirement, the bonus will be cancelled.

5 Betting & Gaming Rules

5.1 General Betting Rules

Specific rules must be followed for betting and gaming activities on ppvp. Each game or betting market has its own specific rules that apply.

5.2 Technical Errors

ppvp reserves the right to cancel bets placed on the basis of incorrectly displayed figures, odds, or results due to system errors, server disruptions, or technical issues.

5.3 Misconduct & Cheating

Any form of manipulation, use of bots, artificially collecting bonuses, or attempting to defraud the platform is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, the account will be permanently closed and all funds will be forfeited.

5.4 Collusion Prohibited

Secret communication or collusion with other players in poker or card games is strictly prohibited. If detected, action will be taken against all accounts involved.

6 VIP Program & Rewards

ppvp has five VIP levels for loyal members — Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Weekly cashback benefits are available at each level:

• Bronze: up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver: up to 0.4% weekly cashback
• Gold: up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Platinum: up to 0.8% weekly cashback
• Diamond: up to 1.0% weekly cashback

Advancement to a higher VIP level depends on consistency of play and activity. ppvp reserves the right to change the terms of VIP benefits.

7 Responsible Gaming

ppvp takes responsible gaming very seriously. We want our members to enjoy gaming in a healthy and controlled way. Gaming should never be a cause of financial hardship.

• The option to set deposit limits is available if needed.
• A temporary break (Self-Exclusion) facility is available.

10 Account Suspension & Termination

ppvp may immediately close or suspend any account in the following circumstances:

• Providing a false identity or fraudulent information
• Creating multiple accounts or abusing bonuses
• Being identified as a minor
• Suspicion of money laundering or illegal activity

10.2 Termination by the User

You may close your account at any time by contacting ppvp support. Before the account is closed, you will be given the opportunity to settle all pending bets and withdraw any verified balance.

11 Limitation of Liability

ppvp makes every effort to operate a safe and reliable platform. However, ppvp will not be liable for the following:

• Loss due to internet connection disruption or device failure
• Technical errors from third-party game providers
• Loss from unauthorized third-party access to an account (where caused by the user's own negligence)
• Service interruption due to unforeseen or unavoidable circumstances

ppvp is not responsible for financial losses from gaming. Gaming is entirely your own decision and at your own risk.

13 Applicable Law & General Provisions

These terms and conditions will be governed and interpreted in accordance with applicable law. If any part of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining parts will remain in full effect.

ppvp's failure to enforce any clause does not constitute permanent waiver of that right. These terms form the complete agreement between ppvp and the user and supersede any prior oral or written understanding.

The Bengali version of these terms is authoritative. In the event of any dispute, the Bengali version will take precedence.
